Sullivan & Worcester Ranked Highly in Midlevel Associate Satisfaction Survey
Sullivan & Worcester was ranked #9 nationally and #2 regionally (Boston) in the American Lawyer's 2017 Midlevel Associate Satisfaction Survey. The survey examines job satisfaction for third-, fourth- and fifth-year associates in areas including compensation and benefits, training and guidance, interaction with partners and other associates, the interest and satisfaction level of the work, the firm's policy on billable hours and management's openness about firm strategies and partnership chances. Respondents are asked to grade their workplaces on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest score. Sullivan & Worcester's midlevel associates gave the firm an average score of 4.542 in the national survey, and 4.694 in the regional (Boston) survey. Print our results here.
